Let's be honest: Every line or frame in Starwars can be memed. Speaking of the passing away of Anakin Skywalker, the moment where Luke sees his father in the flesh has always stuck with us. Known as Darth Vader in the rest of the movies, one of the most distinctive aspects of the character was the breathing apparatus that allowed him to live.

But hey, when you think about it, C3-PO managed to pass by as a droid for a long time when he got mixed up in a droid factory during one of the movies.
